The rates above are a guide only and seasonal variations may occur. Please enter the dates of your visit in the box on the right for up to date availability and prices – you won’t need to enter any personal information or credit card details until you progress to the booking stage.

You will always get best rates directly from us or through this website. Hotel Booking websites do not have our Short Break rates, Special Offers and Pre-Pay rates which offer the best value. In the unlikely event you see a lower rate on a hotel booking website, please call us with details and we will better it.

All our rates are per room per night for single or double occupancy.  A delicious English breakfast, freshly cooked to order, and vat at the current rate are included, together with fast WiFi and on-site parking. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Short Break (Dinner, bed & breakfast) rates also include a seasonal 3 course, 2 AA Rosette dinner  served in our elegant, candlelit Dining Room. Please note dinner is not available on Sunday and Monday evenings except at Easter and Bank Holiday weekends, when the Dining Room is open on Sundays. Dinner service starts at 7.00pm with last orders at 8.30pm – please reserve your table for dinner when booking your accommodation as we cannot guarantee availability of a table, nor a particular time, where dinner reservations have not been made when booking accommodation.

If you have any special needs please call us on 01603 700772 and we will be happy to advise which room will be the most suitable for you. Whilst we do not accept pets at The Old Rectory, we are happy to welcome registered ‘assist’ dogs e.g. Guide or Hearing Dogs accompanying visually or hearing impaired guests. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing a registered assist dog.

Please see our Special Offers  page for details of our Short Breaks and other seasonal and promotional rates. From Easter to September, a minimum two night booking is usually required at weekends but occasionally we do have rooms available for a single night stay so do call us on 01603 700772 if you don’t see what you are looking for on our website.

All our guest rooms feature widescreen ‘SMART’ TV and have a hospitality tray, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and complimentary mineral water. Deluxe and twin rooms have DAB radio with iPad / iPod dock (adapter required for iPad with Lightning charger socket). All bathrooms have bathrobes and quality, eco-friendly toiletries.

Large Hand-tied Flowers

For special occasions, we can arrange Champagne / Sparkling wine, flowers, hand-made chocolates, fresh fruit etc. to be in your room ready for your arrival. Please call us on 01603 700772 or email enquiries@oldrectorynorwich.com for prices. Don’t forget to let us know the time you plan to arrive so we can have everything ready for you!

Cancellation: We understand that sometimes cancellation is unavoidable and we always try to be fair and reasonable if you need to cancel your booking. Since we are such a small property however, any cancellation or non-arrival affects us significantly and if we are unable to secure an alternative reservation, we reserve the right to charge for bookings cancelled within our cancellation window.

The length of your stay determines the amount of notice you need to give us to avoid cancellation fees. For example if your booking is for a single night, you only need to give us one days notice if you need to cancel i.e by noon the day before you are due to arrive, whereas if your reservation is for four nights you would need to let us know four days prior to your arrival if you are unable to take up your booking. If you are staying a week or longer, you must let us know at least one week before your arrival date that you are no longer able to come.

Alternative cancellation terms may apply to multiple room bookings and we will agree these with you at time of booking. A deposit will be required for bookings of three room nights or more.

Advance Purchase (Prepay) rates are for a specific date(s) and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
