The Wellingtonia Room, with its large windows looking out onto the pool terrace and gardens, offers a peaceful setting for your business meeting or training presentation. The adjoining Conservatory provides an informal and relaxing space for refreshment breaks. Up to 14 guests can be catered for in comfort and style and as the Wellingtonia Room is our only meeting room you can be assured of privacy for your event and of personal care and attention to your requirements.

We will be pleased to meet with you personally, to show you the rooms and to discuss menus and other arrangements.
Inclusive Day Delegate rates (min. 8 delegates) start at £32 per person incl. VAT for a full day and comprise:
- Private room hire
- Mid-morning coffee and biscuits
- Afternoon tea and biscuits
- Minerals & mints
- Coffee / tea on arrival
- Two course hot lunch (pre-order choices)
- Delegate stationery
- Flip chart with pad and pens
Lunch, including coffee, is served in just 45 minutes, so you and your delegates can enjoy a delicious, freshly cooked meal without adversely affecting the day’s agenda. We will send you a seasonal selection of dishes from which to make your choice when confirming your booking.
If you prefer, we can serve our ‘Lunch on the Go’ menu in the Wellingtonia Room so you can continue your discussions without interruption.
