- If the lower rate found qualifies for the best rate guarantee, and all other terms and conditions are matched, we will match the lower rate and discount it by an additional 5%.

- Include the full website address where you found the lower rate, with a screen shot/copy of the details you entered – claims cannot be validated without this information
- We will check the claim within 1 working* day, to ensure it meets the terms and conditions detailed below
- If your claim is valid, we will amend your reservation to the lower rate and reconfirm your reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Rectory Hotels Ltd guarantees the best online rate on www.oldrectorynorwich.com based on the following terms and conditions:
Your original reservation must have been made through www.oldrectorynorwich.com
The lower rate must be found and the claim made within 24 hours of the original booking being made
The Best Online Rate Guarantee applies only to publicly available rates, which can be seen and booked without any kind of restriction or membership requirement
The lower rate found must match exactly the booking criteria i.e. the same room type, same package e.g. breakfast & VAT included, same stay dates and the same rate description. The cancellation policy and all other terms and conditions of the stay must be identical. Claims with special conditions attached to the rate will not be acceptable
Rectory Hotels Ltd will verify the lower rate claim and respond within 1 working* day of the claim being made
The lower rate must still be available at the time the we validate your claim. Rate differences solely due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee
When a claim covers a multiple night stay, the rate comparison will be made against the total room cost on www.oldrectorynorwich.com compared to the total room cost on the other website
The Best Rate Guarantee is void where prohibited by law
Rectory Hotels Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel its Best Rate Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
Rectory Hotels Ltd has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the lower rate found is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. Proof of rate availability rests with the booker, not with Rectory Hotels Ltd.
In case of dispute, Rectory Hotels Ltd decision is final
